Healthy Cookies for Kids: 3 Easy Recipes

1- Carrot and raisin cookies

- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C and line a tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the grated carrots, oats, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Then, mix everything until the ingredients are well distributed.
Next, spoon portions of dough onto the baking sheet and shape them.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cookies are golden and firm. After waiting a couple of minutes, you can enjoy this delicious and healthy snack.
2. Oatmeal and banana cookies
